  • Emergency response times, master names, and ETAs shown on the Emergency page are simulated
  • No SMS messages are sent to any phone numbers
  • All demo data is fictitious and for illustrative purposes only
  • Booking slots shown are managed through Cal.com and may be used for real scheduling in a production deployment

3. AI-Generated Estimates — Important Disclaimer

All price estimates generated by the Quote Calculator and Web Quote form are produced by an artificial intelligence system (Google Gemini AI via OpenRouter).

  • These estimates are not professional assessments, quotations, or binding offers
  • They are indicative ranges only and may differ significantly from actual costs
  • Final pricing must be determined by a qualified professional following an on-site inspection
  • ContractorWebDev accepts no liability for any decisions made on the basis of AI-generated estimates
